CNL Mentor Program

The CNL Mentor Program aims to pair new CNLs with established CNLs for an easier, seamless transition. Our hope is that both the mentor and the mentee learn from each other and work together to further the CNL role wherever they may practice.

The vision of the Clinical Nurse Leader Association is to improve patient outcomes through a focus on safety and quality outcomes and the implementation of evidence based practice at the point of care.
