The vision of the Clinical Nurse Leader Association is to improve patient outcomes through a focus on safety and quality outcomes and the implementation of evidence based practice at the point of care.

Get the most out of your ICNLA membership! There are number of fascinating ways to become engaged in the organization, and we encourage you to explore them.
ICNLA offers exciting opportunities to work on a committee, volunteer at conferences, help shape the future of a young nursing student by becoming a mentor, or inviting a ICNLA student to job shadow at your practice setting.
